Returning from Melbourne after finishing her studies, Kanaya (Nagita Slavina) is surprised by her father (Roy Marten) who married a woman of the same age as herself, Sofie (Tyas Mirasih). This makes Kanaya to leave home. On the way she has an accident: crash into a tree, but she feels bumped into someone. She has to be treated in a rather spooky hospital. There Kanaya is terrorized by the Crawling Nurse. Tedi, Kanaya’s boylfriend, assures her that she hit a tree. But Kanaya is sure that she was bumping into someone. The Crawling Nurse terrorizes to avenge her.
